You should have at least the following equipment and devices:

1. A PC with average specifications.
2. A stable 24/7 broadband (DSL or Cable) internet connection.
3. A scriber (with wav/Dss file capabilities) for accessing voice files that you can easily play, pause, rewind.
4. A medical transcription experience with an accuracy of at least 95%
5. Medical book references (dictionary, acronyms, abbreviations, etc.)
6. Headset and foot pedal

Initial investment is at least P30,000 (excluding MT course/training)
